At Purist.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible:
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All tags and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
    

Defective or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You may be asked to provide:
  • Clear images of the product
  • Order details
• After verification:
  • The item will be collected via courier (if applicable)
  • You will be offered a replacement or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used or opened products
• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Returns requested after the allowed time period

Refund Policy

• No cash refunds are offered.
• Approved returns will be processed as:
  • Store credit (voucher) or
  • Product exchange
• Store credit:
  • Must be used within the specified validity period
  • Cannot be converted into cash

Shipping for Returns

• For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by Purist.pk.
• For all other approved cases, shipping costs may apply.

Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the product.
